Surroundings
‘t Langebosch is ideally situated to guarantee a most pleasant stay. It's central location brings you quickly to the sea and beautiful nature parks. National Park "Dunes of Texel" and
the beach are located within two kilometres. There are plenty of opportunities for long walks or biking. Bikes can be rented in several villages.
Subtropical swimming paradise Calluna is only two kilometres away. Guests of ‘t Langebosch are entitled to a discount. The nearby wadden and North Sea Centre Ecomare
houses an extensive exhibition on the environment,
as well as a seal and bird rehabilitation centre. The region’s sport and leisure facilities include golf, fishing, swimming, tennis, and horse riding. The nearby village of De Koog offers a wide variety of
entertainment options; from restaurants to dance clubs.
Directions
After disembarking from the ferry, you will enter a road called "Pontweg." Follow this road in the direction of Den Burg and De Koog.
Side roads are clearly labelled with numbers from low to high. ’t Langebosch is situated on the left side of the road, between side roads 13
(Californieweg) and 14 (Pelikaanweg). Cars can be parked on the parking lot.
When using public transport, take a bus numbered 26, 27 or 28. You must get off at the stop called "Pelikaanweg." From here it's only a 50 metre walk to 't Langebosch.
